The plenary sessions takes place in the Grand Ball Room of the Krasnapolsky hotel. This room is characterised by its high ceilings and opulent décor. The spacious design and luxurious elements result in the creation of a remarkable event space for the plenary sessions.
Wintergarden - Welcome Reception and food and drink area during the congress
During congress, the Wintergarden is transformed into an event hotspot. The stands are distributed throughout the area and surrounded by a stunning glass ceiling and greenery. Visitors can showcase their products, while food and beverages will be served.
Grand Café & Tailor Bar
The back of the Grand Café is reserved for EFPRA during the congress. The Tailor Bar will be open from 16:00 hrs for all hotel guests.
